I am an engaging storyteller and meticulously organized researcher with 10+ years of experience as a successful independent journalist and lead producer for research-driven, human interest projects. I have a proven track record of managing short-form documentaries, news packages, and social videos of the highest caliber for global media organizations, including NBC, Condé Nast, and The Wall Street Journal.
For the past 5 years, I’ve worked on the digital side of The TODAY Show as a producer, shooter, and editor, creating transformative journalism by bringing heartfelt and impactful mental health stories to a broadcast audience of 3+ million and a digital audience of 50+ million. I’ve advocated for the space to tell impactful stories about marginalized folks while producing 50+ short-form videos and documentaries and developing deep bonds with experts, consultants, freelancers, and sources.
My expertise in creating both digital and broadcast videos run deep. I’ve directed and produced countless news, lifestyle, and short documentary crews on set and in the field, developing into a strong team leader and natural problem solver with top-notch collaboration skills. I’m also a quick and clean video editor, having edited about 80% of all projects I’ve produced.
